I finally joined the 21st century! The 80's wanted their Panasonic TV back so I entrusted that 43 lb. behemoth to the Geek Squad when they delivered my new TV. I am amazed at the quality of the sound and the depth of the picture. I'm a fan for life!!!

There is a reason Sony is the top of the line! This TV is incredible and I don’t even know how to use it!! The picture is pure TOP QUALITY! The sound system is worth the extra money instead of purchasing a separate sound bar. Especially if space is limited.

Fantastic image, could be brighter. The audio configuration is great although you cannot utilize new speaker technologies as well as your existing surround sound. Need to spend $$$ to go next level which will accomodate using the tv speakers as center speakers.

Great Picture, but pricey. 4K not available in my area as yet, considering Apple TV for 4K viewing.

This Sony is a beautiful TV it was easy to set up with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi I love being able to watch all of my YouTube channel and I love to watch baseball on the big screen 65 inch I cannot wait for football season . This Sony was a little pricey but well worth it

Sony is back with this a8f.When Sony lost there way a few years back I switched to Samsung.Samsung is definitely a brighter television but the Sony processor is incredible.The a8f makes regular DTV viewing a true pleasure.The stock sound system eliminates need for a sound bar.Customer service and product knowledge at Best Buy was impressive.A little pricier than comparable LG and Samsung but you truly get what you pay for with Sony OLED.

SHARP AND CLEAR PICTURE. THE TV ALONE IS A 5 STAR. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 3 STARS BECAUSE IT WAS EXPENSIVE AND I COULD NOT USE PRICE MATCH WITH THE FOUR COMPANIES I SUBMITTED. THE ONLY COMPANIES RECOGNIZED BY BEST BUY PRICED THE TV WITHIN $1.00 OF ONE ANOTHER.

Best money I ever spent the TV is phenomenal I love the full on screen speaker system and the OLED picture and color is outstanding it is easier on the eyes than a Samsung

Great picture looks awesome just standing there deep blacks so many options in the menus sound is unreal but the best part is you can change headphone jack to a subwoofer Jack and hook up a powered sub then the TV sounds totally awesome love my TV

This was a replacement for a 55" Samsung Smart TV. The sound on the Samsung was not good at all and rather than go for a sound bar, we went for the new OLED and so glad that we did! The sound and picture is amazing! I would highly recommend!!

Great contrast, nice sound. A little dim compared to the LG OLED. Excellent motion control

There is nothing like it worth every penny the picture is incredible and the sound is excellent. Spend extra money and get the tv that’s will last you for a while it’s truly great product.

Went to buy Samsung came home with Sony.no regrets but actually very proud I bought it. The picture quality is excellent. I also found apps I want. Over all I see no reason to point out atleast something I am not happy about .

Great picture on this TV. I've only had it about a month but no problems at all. I use an external theater sound system so I can't comment on the TV sound. But so far, it's great!

The Sony TV is terrific and the quality of the picture is beyond beautiful. The customer service people in Best Buy really sold me on the TV with their explanation of what I would be purchasing when buying a Sony. Great experience.

We had not upgraded TVs for years (15-18) and glad we waited for the BEST Unbelievable picture and we are "satellite" reception in the country.

The video quality is amazing! The vibrant colors and contrasts will keep you glued to your seat. Even the audio is ear shattering! However, the menu/application bar could use some help. Samsung menu bar is by far superior.

Fantastic TV! I was hesitant spending this much for a TV, but the picture quality blows me away. Setup was a breeze, cable management very clean (I used the included stand). Just make sure you use high quality HDMI cables.

We went back and forth whether to get a LED or the OLED. Hard decision given some of the concerns about the OLED life expectancy but our use is movies and the Oled is so clear. Unbelievable. So happy we choose the Sony.
