    LET ME SAY FIRST TV HAS A GREAT PICTURE BUT MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THE REMOTE HAS NO NUMBERS ON IT ,SO ITS HARD TO CHANGE THE CHANNELS WITH IT ,ALSO IT TAKES 3-SECOND'S FOR IT TO RESPOND.MY OPINION IS I WOULD'NT BUY IT AGAIN.

      Thank you for your time writing this review. While we are glad you like the amazing picture quality of your X77L TV, we're sorry to hear some issues that you are currently experiencing with the unit. Allow us to help and turn this experience around.

      The X77L comes with comes with a new standard remote with simplified buttons for ease of use and advanced voice control. If you press the "Menu" button on the remote, it will make a number pad appear on your screen when needed. Some features can be accessed quickly by pressing the Quick Settings (wrench icon) button of the supplied remote control. There's also a channel button on the lower part of the remote that you can use to manually select channels.     I spent 820$ on this tv with the extended warranty. This tv is slow, un responsive, and will force close apps mid stream. Ive called both sony and geeksquad on these issues and no one wants to stand by this product. I cant return or exchange it because im out of the window and neither company wants to look at or fix it.

    I’m very disappointed with this purchase. Normally, Sony TVs have a good reputation but not this one. The interface is absolutely garbage from Google. Very slow and laggy. Apps keep crashing. It’s almost not usable at times. The picture quality is not too bad. Wish I could return this. Stick to the higher end TVs or get a different brand not using Google OS.
