    While I’m overall happy with the TV itself, my experience was not the best and Customer Service after was the same. Purchased an open box TV with the rating of excellent and when I got to the store, the TV was wrapped in bubble wrap. I was told by the representative that everything was inside. The bubble wrap pretended to the TV but when Iwas not the best, and Customer Service after was the same.     This TV reminds me a lot of a $200 Roku tv I have had since 2018-19. The image is not sharp and constantly buffering (not our wifi - we have other tvs). It’s slow, almost like we are on dial up. The apps take forever to open, and that’s IF they open.. because sometimes you have to do a hard restart a good three four times before the tv works. Definitely not worth the $750 I spent and I did not purchase the warranty because I expected this tv to perform like you would imagine a 2023 smart tv would.. I have a Bravia TV from 5 years ago that’s faster than this one.. listing this 2023 Bravia on FB marketplace ASAP.

    The picture wasn't sharp enough. I had to play volume pretty high ( in my opinion) to hear it

    Not sure about rating this Sony TV yet. We had a problem getting a Sony sound bar to work. The Geek squad couldn’t get it to work either and finally decided the problem is in the TV and not in the sound bar. So they are delivering a new TV tomorrow. I will do a follow up report later.

      Thank you for purchasing our Sony KD65X77L BRAVIA TV. We're sorry to hear that you are having some difficulties connecting your Sony Soundbar to your new Sony TV. When connecting the TV to your soundbar, please make sure to connect the TV to your soundbar that supports eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) or ARC (Audio Return Channel) to the HDMI IN (eARC/ARC) or HDMI IN (ARC) to route TV audio to your soundbar. The eARC/ARC connection is in HDMI 3 of the TV. If the audio system (soundbar) does not support eARC/ARC, you need to connect with DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL CABLE CONNECTION).

      *We recommend authorized Premium High Speed HDMI™ Cable(s) bearing the HDMI logo.

    This TV is not worth a penny. Google TV doesn't work on it which is one of its selling points. Highly disappointed and will be returning ASAP.

      Please check if the software is updated. Updating the TV to the latest software allows you access to the newest features and fixes specific problems. If the issue still occur after the software update, kindly reset your TV.

      To perform a factory reset, press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [System] — [About] — [Reset] — [Factory data reset].     Poor quality and no one helps

    The T.V. voices are not in sync with the movement of people's mouths and the sounds are off. We have called Best Buy a few times and you only offer to send someone out at our cost which is not fair since the T.V. has not worked properly since we purchased it, I would be hard pressed to do business with you again.

    I love the 65" X77L Sony Tv. The picture quality is great and I love the auto connect that it has with my PS5. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars is because of the sound quality. It does not have a pre set options for audio, I hade to look online how to play with the equalizer to get it prefect sound quality.

    I have only had the tv for a few days. Took me a bit to get used to google tv after being used to roku. Picture is great and I use a sound bar for audio. First impression is that I am going to be pleased with the purchase.
