Audio Does Not Match Visual

I’ve tried everything including changing HDMI cables and cable boxes. There is an “audio” setting for every input that, when selected, gives an error message of “feature not available”. A disappointment for sure.

TV might be great but customer service was not

My email said it would be ready for pickup in an hour but I would receive an email when it was ready. I waited 3 hours with no email or text saying it was ready for pickup. I called the Best Buy store at the number on the website. I reached a call center in God only knows where. The customer service rep was only able to tell me what I saw on the BB website- my order was being prepared and there were 2 items in stock. After 5 hours with no email, I found the item at another retailer and cancelled the BB order. The television might be great (I'll see tomorrow when I pick it up) but the customer service experience at Best Buy was horrible and I will think long and hard before purchasing anything online with them again.

I am yet to take my paperwork back to Best Buy.

The picture quality is junk. The sound is horrific. Wasted good money. Granted this isn’t the most expensive tv but a Roku tv should not be better than this one’s.
