I really think the only draw back is that it makes me realize the other TVs in my house aren’t very good. Best picture, best sports quality. Android centered OS which isn’t bad, but I’m an apple guy so I just bought an Apple TV to keep my life simple. No complaints.

This Sony 65" TV has really good colors and a clear picture on the screen!! It is such a nice, quality product for the dollars spent!!! We have had our other Sony TV for 11+ years but were overdue for a Smart TV! We are quite pleased with our purchase!!

This is my first 4K TV and I chose it because of the price and the brand. I have always heard that Sony makes the best products and I am not disappointed. It was easy to mount on my wall and set up. It has a lot of features and the quality is outstanding.

Never been dissappointed with Sony Equipment, but what i was surprised about was the volume that was capable from this unit without any other sound bars etc. - Yes it doesnt have a real deep Bass sound, but apart from that it is very capable unless you want a full cinema sound setup. If your thinking about buying a sound bar etc with this unit, i would say wait, try out the built in sound and see what you think before spending the extra money. As far as the smart TV goes, its good, its based on the google android platform. I think Sony does update it from time to time but it hasnt been updated on any of my TVs yet. We do occasionally have a particular app hang (spotify or pandora etc) but i personally think that is more the app than the Sony/Android OS. Great picture as you would expect on a Sony TV! Expensive, but tbh in this case you get what you pay for !

Replaced a Hitachi 55" with this tv. Very happy with all functions of this tv. This is the 4th Sony tv I have owned. I like the picture quality, the overall features of the tv.

This replaced my Panasonic 46" Plasma TV. The brightness and sharpness of the TV is Great. No problem in placing it on my wall mount that held the Plasma, the weight is so much lighter. Easy to setup and very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this TV in April 2019. This wasn’t the TV I went into the store to buy. After speaking with the in store Sony Rep and making comparisons (not to mention the demo was awesome) between other brands I was sold. Once I got the first TV home and set up it was cracked! I returned it to the store the next day to exchange. Cool no problem things happen in shipping no biggie I get it. I get the 2nd TV home and it had a white line as if the pixels were busted. At this point I’m irritated because this is a pretty big TV and now I have to package it up to return it again. I didn’t want my money back because I believed in this tv so I get the 3rd one home and it was missing the screws for the stand. I went back to the store a 4th time and asked for the stand on the one I just returned. This TV was definitely worth the hassle. I’m glad I stuck it out because I LOVE IT!!

At first I wasn't sure but now I love my TV. the pictures are so clear. It's connected to google. just one click away for Netflix. You can also upload any other app or mirror your phone. Can control cable box with tv control.

I would say its picture is very nice. I thought it was Motion 240 but still I believe its refresh rate is just 60 Hz (which does not say BB website). Got this on discount, thanks to BB customer service. Size was too big for our living room. This is true if you are staying in an apt.

Mounted this TV in my bedroom above my monitor. Very good for my needs. I use it as an actual TV and as an overhead monitor/TV for my PC. Very useful, extremely good picture. Android TV makes it very easy to use as well.

I got a a great deal on an open box and it has not disappointed. Great color and easy to use. Easy to cast things from my phone and onto the screen. Definitely worth it. I am also happy with the size.

After having multiple issues w/ the LG TV we bought we decided to buy this Sony. Very easy set up (easier than the LG). The only thing that we did have to do more was fine tune the picture. Everything else worked great.

If you just need a good tv at this size at a decent price, this is a great option. Access to streaming sites is made very easy and getting through settings is generally clear, which is necessary since you may have to make changes to get the picture how you like it.

This is a very user friendly smart TV, with incredible picture quality. It's android based and easy to navigate. Sony does a wonderful job with their TVs.

I got this just before Thanksgiving as an upgrade to my 55" Bravia 4k I got back in '14. My older model still works fine, but has no hdr. This model does and was less than half the price I paid for my older (and smaller) one. Throw in free delivery and I couldn't resist. I took care of the set-up myself and briefly freaked out when I was short a parts bag for hardware. I went ahead with the parts I had and realized the legs were modified with fewer screws even though the instructions still showed the older attachments. Easy set-up otherwise with beautiful picture. Hdr makes movies pop even more. Sound is not so great, but I anticipated this from my older model. My older Vizio soundbar takes care of the sound.

First, let me say that this tv has a great picture. Color and resolution are as good as it gets. However, no one bothered to inform me at the time of sale that Sony is not compatible with Spectrum streaming cable service (which is what we have after an unsuccessful attempt to cut the cord). Apparently Spectrum and Samsung have a mutual exclusivity agreement. So, the Geek who installed the tv recommended YouTube TV. That works great on this tv. But guess what, the Samsung 75" tv in the basement is not compatible! It would have been nice to know all this before we bought this tv.

This has been a great product for my family we can't get over the clarity that is in the TV. Also we were excited to find out the remote has google speak capabilities.

Good size, great picture. High quality. You can not go wrong with the Sony brand. I have 2 other TVs one 65 inch over 21 yrs old and another 32 inch tv over 30 yrs old; they still work great.

Very easy to set up. Very easy to operate. Netflix, Prime and everything else is great. Don’t do any gaming so can’t comment on that. But great picture and ease of operation is great. Very satisfied!!!

In my opinion Sony makes the best TV's. The picture is great, and the sound is good for TV speakers. I have tried Samsung, Vizio, and some others, but always regret it in the end. We got this TV on sale with a Best Buy price Match Guarantee, so we got a really good deal. I almost broke down and bought another brand, but was glad i waited. There are always going to be less expensive TV's out there, but if you can wait for a good deal/sale on a Sony, then you are likely to not be sorry. You cannot beat Sony's TV quality.
