Got this Sony when I returned a 70" Vizio ; you truly get what you pay for. Rather have an awesome 65" than a so,so 70". Well priced, easy to use and the SERVICE of Best Buy staff was great.

I debated between this model and the 950 for weeks. After a tough decision I decided to just go for this model and see if I liked it in my home. Once having this model in my home and mounted, I was not disappointed with my purchase. The only regret I have is........ not buying the 75"! I've seen some comments about customers knocking this product due to the screen being broken.... that has ZERO to do with the product but your handling techniques! Buy it, be careful with it, and you'll be happy with it! I recommend getting a Sony sound bar while you're at it, though. Who 2wants to watch a big tv like this and not have it sound like a movie theater?

The picture quality was beyond amazing!!! Easy to setup and I love the ability to beam videos from my iPhone to the TV!!! Happy with my purchase and in the future may go BIGGER!!!

Very easy to set up. The picture is great. Replace my 46 inch Sony that is 12 years old. Still working great just wanted a bigger screen. Hoping this one is just as good.

Sony did not fail. This a Great 4k TV. The picture is perfect and sound is wonderful without a theatre system. The price point is just right. Setup is easy

This tv is everything you'd expect it to be. Crisp, clear picture and good (for a tv) sound quality. The built in features are great, including built in and downloadable apps, Chromecast and Google Assistant. If you broadcast from your phone using an app that's also installed on the tv, it will automatically load through that app, which is very handy. If you have a lot of devices, you may want to pay attention to the number and type of ports. The remote could also use a little fine tuning, as not everything is intuitive and sometimes buttons don't work the way you'd expect.

Quality of picture what you would expect from Sony, worth it for price. Picture didn't need much tweaking to start with, easy to setup and get up adn running.

I like this Sony TV. One of the best smart TV's that I have owned. Easy to set up and play. Picture quality is great.

Bought this Sony TV during black Friday. A very good deal. the colors are so vivid. Sound quality is not that great. so I installed a Sony sound box.

Absolutely love my new Sony 65! It’s great the perfect size for our living room and I love that it’s a smart tv with lots of apps built in.

We just upgraded to the Sony 65” LED. It was extremely easy to setup. The picture is very clear. I feel that the smart features are extremely easy to use.

My 2nd Sony of this type. Very happy with the picture, inputs, features, etc. I have had my 1st Bravia for about 4 years now with no issues.

It’s a real 4K and the tv its self is awesome with all the apps and is very user friendly. I watch mostly sports with it and the picture is pure.

This TV is good for the price. I use it in my bedroom so I didn't need all the bells an whistles. Using the software, for example typing in my credentials for Netflix, is super fast a smooth. Watching HDR content I'd say the picture is more than adequate for ~$800. The black levels aren't super great but again I didn't expect them to be. It's not my primary TV. I did find the menu a little unintuitive. It took me a few to figure out how to get to the settings I was looking for. Overall I like it and am very happy with my purchase!

The gentlemen that came to set up "Da 65" were very knowledgeable and courteous, however I wanted it that's what they did ... The picture is "Real-Like", Clear, Beautiful, Just Awesome. My wife picked this out from the other brand that was on sale at the same time as the Sony but she compared the 2 and didn't mind the Sony being the more expensive of the 2, But the picture on the Sony was the Best !!! Had the Sony about a month now, No issues, No problems ... Thank You BB and Thank You to the gentlemen who delivered and set it up !!!

sharp image quality 4k capabilities and definitely on par with the samsung series 8 and up tv. Having Google integrated gives it an advantage!
