Was loyal to Vizio brand only for many years. No more!! The sales rep's knowledge of the TV brands and their related functions was a deciding factor. We're enjoying our 65 inch SONY Bravia and will ultimately replace every set with their brand. It isn't compatible with the Spectrum app, but that's no biggie. I highly recommend this brand.

Good TV except during darker scenes

It’s amazing when the scenes are not dark or when not in widescreen. There were bleeding around the three corners of the TV that were noticeably annoying when watching darker scenes especially when in widescreen. I made some adjustments and they became less pronounced but were still there. The replacement still had bleeding in some areas but less than the first one. Maybe some adjustments will help. Customer Support and Geek Squad people were great!

Call me old, say Okay Boomer all you like. It took nearly two hours to get this TV setup and the number of steps you have to go through just to be able to watch TV made it annoying enough for me to leave this review. I have no complaint with the picture, just the Privacy intrusion. It must have asked me five times whether I wanted to opt in to what amounts to surveillance of my viewing habits and God knows what else. And even after you opt out it still says the information may be used any way because they can change the rules at any time without telling you. What has this world come to? I know, I know, it's a smart TV. It helps you and only wants to better know you in order to better serve you. Had you asked anyone from my generation in the 1960s and 70s if they would allow a device like this into their home they would think you must be insane. I almost returned the TV but knew I wouldn't be able to find a "normal" TV that doesn't monitor your viewing. I doubt they exist anymore except in museums. I'm sure I have nothing to worry about, as long as I'm watching the "right" programming.

You cannot match the picture quality of Sony. While you can get much cheaper TV's for 65" from LG and Samsung, this tv surpasses the quality by 10 times. If you are gamer, you would love playing PS5/Xbox on this. This knocks it out of the park.

It has a lot of features and great picture quality! The build quality is also great. I highly recommend having two people for set up and to carry it, due to the size so you don't risk damaging anything. It is fairly light for it's size, just hard for 1 person to safely move around due to how large it is. For the price, you get a lot of TV.
