Super easy setup and nice design with a small footprint and surprisingly stable stand. The remote control is very intuitive and it has all the inputs and outputs I will ever need. Picture quality is great! The sound is also pretty good with the internal speakers.

I'm back to SONY again, they are pricey, but they last more, the quality of the colors are great. Sound can be a little better but is ok, I can live with it. I am very happy with my 65' SONY TV.

However, I felt Sony was better quality providing truer colors. Samsung was equally priced but more mass produced causing alarm for longevity. My other Sony TV’s have lasted beyond a normal life expectancy without any issues. Well worth the money.

After researching on Consumer Reports, found that this TV would be a good replacement without breaking the bank. Glad we did. Plus we can now get Disney+ on our TV (our former smart TV couldn't stream it).

The Sony has been AWESOME! It walked me right thru set up and it was a breeze. Movies are bright and clear. Best picture on a TV I've ever owned. But this TV you won't be sorry!

It arrived free of any damage and was simple to set up. The picture is extraordinary, even with lower resolution sources like DVDs. The room it's in gets a lot of natural sunlight during the day, but visibility remains good.

Set up was easy. I got this for my 80 year old father and the interface was easy to use, even for him. Intuitive design. The remote could be larger for his aging hands, but it is a great TV with great quality picture.

Geek Squad installed for me and they couldn't have done a better job. My only complaint is that the TV tells me the AppleTV app is not supported on this TV. Otherwise I am super pleased with this television.

Picture is great only thing is at night you can see subtle white spots around the frame because it’s a local dimming tv. But that’s to be expected. Next time I’ll invest in a full array for sure!

Software glitches??

Had to unplug and reset a few times to get all apps working with sound and not in what seemed like fast forward view! Don't understand it. Also, sound bar hooked up to HDMI3 ARC has to be reset at times. Is there a software update for this yet?

I have two, one in my living room, and one in my master bedroom. The sound quality is very good also. I had a Sony sound bar, but I don’t use it as much, because it is not needed. It’s well worth the price.

Feel it a solid upgrade from the TCL that died in 18 months. Glad I got the extended warranty from Geek squad. They replaced it with this one. Heads up though.. if an update appears, wait to install it until they work out the bugs. An update i got caused everything to stop working for a day until a new update showed up and fixed it all.
