Sony is the best television on the market if you’re looking for a great picture and excellent sound. Also they have a longer warranty than any of the other manufacturers. I love my new television

It has great features and a pretty great picture. (We had a vizio and the blacks were excellent). The blacks are not as deep on this tv. But they are more than acceptable. We have had one recurring bad experience with the sound staying in sync with our TiVo. We're hoping an update will fix it. It's the only real downside.

I go to apps and sometimes it reverts back to TV. I've lost the Wi-Fi signal a couple of times and it was not because of my signal. Picture is excellent with the exception of live football games. I see a little blur. The remote is very easy to use. It's a good TV for what I paid.

The image quality is excellent both in a lit room and with the lights off. also the sales team didn't excellent job and helping me select this TV and gave me a ton of information to make a good choice.

Great picture for the $$, but not very intuitive

This Sony TV looks much better in all lighting conditions. By comparison, it was much more difficult to set up than the Samsung, and the menu system is not as easy to navigate either. But now that it's up and running, it was a definite upgrade!

COV-19 and stay home order, I need a New TV to replace my 8yr old Sony 48” . Shop around find this TV at Best Buy website order the TV delivery to door 2 days later . It was installed easily on a wall mount. It's in a fairly bright room and does have some glare but it's not an issue. Sound is very mediocre, so I recommend an external audio system.
