The color is very rich, the contrast is sharp, everything is amazing. It has a lot of bells and whistles that I dont use, but it's a great tv.

Great buy, Turn on HDR

Once you figure that out I’d recommend using hdmi 3 for the best picture. Great size for a living room. I’d recommend it for a great movie watching experience.

Their timeliness. Their customer service. Their attention to details in the job. Their professionalism. Their overall knowledge. Their teamwork! As they finished their job both made sure to know that I knew how to use the remote and the television. I had asked on arrival if they could mount another tv for us on this visit. Mike explained to us they were on a tight schedule and not able to do it. He further told me he would call and schedule it for me at the conclusion of his workday. He then called me a couple of days later and advised of my new appointment even though I would be receiving a Best Buy email. Way to go Mike and Will!!

Best Sony Model in the 65" Size!

I purchased that one first and had many issues with it not powering on or the Wi-Fi disconnecting. This model is not giving me any issues.

I have 1st generation 55” flat Sony for 10+ years, it’s still in good condition and the color of the screen still amazing. The only thing is outdated. I now have 65” TV in each room This year is my 3rd 65” Sony TV. So far I am happy with :)
