Knowledgeable,helpful a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him. Your Geek Squad leaves much to be desired. I used them when I bought my Apple computer,BAD EXPERIENCE! I made an appointment the day I purchased the TV AND paid for there service to have to wait until JULY 11th for them to come setup TV. They called Friday evening to confirm. I took a day off work (unpaid) to be here and they called at 9:30 to say they were,t coming. I WOULD NOT recommend The Geek Squad! If not resolved I will post my 2 experiences on Facebook!

Our Samsung 65" TV I had to add a soundbar as the sound was terrible. This TV the sound is so good we don't use a soundbar anymore.
