It was done quickly, they answered some of my questions about programming, messages on the TV and they left after a short time. Unfortunately, when I attempted to start Amazon Prime video I found out I was required to purchase another package to receive live streaming. Took a whole to get registered. Not blaming Geek Squad, but I think they should have informed me of this reqirement.
