    This is a great tv and brand. Bought it last month for my new home and tested it out to make sure it works as I have not moved in as there is a little more build to the house left to go. Will be able to give a better review once moved in and using the tv. So far seems like it is going to be a great tv.

    This is a really nice 4K TV for the price. I installed it in my basement for my son to have a space to play his video games and watch sports. The internet connectivity, apps, etc., are all really intuitive and very easy to install. TV is easy to hang and put on a stand - either way. All in all, a good purchase.

    The delivery team was professional and polite and very timely. They unpacked the tv and put the stand on it. They introduced themselves. We were appreciative of their wearing face masks and booties. They removed the box and the trash. They carried it to our tv stand location. Excellent service.

    May fit the "Lemon" category because the computer loses its' way every day or so and has to be re-booted. Bought 5 year Geek Squad coverage and called them on day 2 because the remote lost its way. So followed Geek Squad instruction to power down the TV for three minutes and then start it up to reboot. I have been forced to do that every day or two for one glitch or another. I'll continue working after corona virus lockdown is done.

    I’m giving this a 3 as it a mid grade TV. The picture is ok and works well for shows ad movies via a 300gb WiFi. It lags a lot for sporting events. The remote which applies to other Sony TVs needs backup lighting. You get what you pay for here.
