    I have had it for 2 weeks and the picture has already gone out on the TV. In the process of contacting customer service to get this resolved. Screen is completely blue. Sound and cable is fine.

    Sorry, I bought this TV. Connect to HDMI 1, will not set up, Checked connections numerous times. still says No Signal. Also, I get a display box, cable box is turned off. No it is on..

      If you use an HDMI® cable, or optical cable to connect your A/V receiver to your Android TV™, and if your receiver supports Control for HDMI or HDMI CEC function:

      Confirm that the issue happens when you play a video or music app on your TV. Connect a different device to your receiver with an HDMI cable and verify if the issue still occurs. Make sure the BRAVIA Sync settings of the TV is On. Perform a handshake reset on the TV and receiver. Make sure the Digital audio out settings of the TV is set to Auto 2. Increase the Digital audio out settings of the TV to more than 50 decibels. Perform a force stop, clear data, and clear cache on Audio Out Services, Bravia Sync Settings, and External Input Services.

    Phenomenal TV! Needed a new TV during these times of quarantine so I can binge and catch up on my streaming shows! Decided to go with the Sony and I never looked back! Amazing picture quality, I felt like I was right in front of Joe Exotic when he was talking on Tiger King! It worked well and was smooth! I didn't have to buy any external devices. It was pretty much plug and go for me! Great buy! Good job Best Buy and Sony!

    This TV is huge, and was easy to set up, it does most of the work for you. I cut the cable almost 3 years ago and have been streaming via firestick and other android devices, this TV has it all built in, and it's based off of Android, and not Roku like most TV's I was looking at. I have been a SONY guy for many years, and they didn't fail to impress me with this unit.
