    Let me just say that a product is only as good as the technical support the company offers. I had an issue with some apps not working, I contacted Sony tech support and I must say A+. They took care of my issues and gave me a quick tour of everything the tv has to offer. Also they were able to do this all via remote access! I just sat back and learned about my tv. I would 100% recommend this tv and Sony as a brand. To touch on the quality of the TV, the image is great! Sound is eh but I have a HiFi audio set up and built in audio is never a consideration for me. User interface is smooth and intuitive. Enjoy!!

    Previously bought a Samsung and for some reason the streaming aspect with YouTube tv wasn’t good at all (everything was blurry). So we returned it and got this Sony and we love it! Super clear picture and works great with streaming! Only thing with the streaming aspect with YouTube tv is the fast movements of sports is kind of blurry but then it fixes itself once the fast scene is over. Every other channel is crystal clear. Overall we love it and wish we would have gotten this one first!

    Super easy setup. For a 60Hz native TV, the refresh rate compares easily to other 120MHz models. Color is great. For a < $900 TV, it's a great value.

    I was hesitant since i have been buying Samsung for vs for a while. Based on reviews and a little bit of technical specs, i figured the screen may reflect better on this tv. So far, comparing both tvs with similar build, i like this better. Cannot reflect much on the other features since I use a Roku. It was very easy to set up and I am pleased with the purchase. No complaints or concerns at this time. I think i have about 20 or 30 days with the tv already.
