    IT WAS partially DOA picture on netflix etc good sound not HMDI not working so cannot get cable channels. Being exchanged but Best Buy will only take it off the wall and put the new tv there if I pay them. A rational man has a right to expect them to put the replacement where the defective unit is especially since I paid for a service contract
