After the Geek Squad told us that it could not be fixed, we cashed in our Protection Plan, added yet another $313, and purchased this lovely TV. It lasted us three weeks, before it started having back light problems! Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy, so we have been forced to fight this one out with Sony directly! We will NEVER purchase another Sony Product!

For one, it simply looks smaller than other 65in TV’s, the TV itself looks and feels like a very basic level/quality. The picture and sound quality are just average.

Software Issues

It was the first product line with the new Google TV operating system built in... I have been pretty disappointed so far. Multiple software glitches from no volume, won't turn on, and casting issues. Luckily rebooting the TV resolves most issues (not power cycle, you actually have to go into settings and reboot the system). On top of these issues, it is missing basic features like powering off with a google home and picture in picture. I am hoping this product improves with future software updates, but so far it fails to meet my expectations for Sony and I feel that it was released before it was ready.
