My geek squad was fantastic!! So helpful and knowledgeable. My place is hard to navigate but they did the best job ever! Very attentive to detail and did what no Home Depot people would do after 4 delivery attempts. Will use BestBuy for all My appliance needs.

Insufficient storage

After few months of usage, as I start installing some apps (6 apps), the storage got full. I tried use USB Drive as external system storage device as recommended, I also formatted the USB as guided by the TV. But I unable to move any apps except a game. Looks like majority of the apps doesn't support external system storage, so given 4 GB of internal storage is not enough to install more than 6 apps. Though it is advertised as I can install from the choice of millions of apps, I could hardly install 6 apps. Really disappointed with this.

Poor picture quality

Terrible picture quality because of the brightness/contrast ratio, Spend hours trying to find the right combo without luck, the biggest fault is the blurry yellowish face glow. This is from the Direct TV signal and not using the HDR mode so that is not the cause. I have the 65 inch model.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have cause. We recommend to establish an HDMI connection between a TV. Follow the steps below to isolate this issue:
1.Make sure both the TV and other device are turned on.
2. While turned on, unplug the power cords for the TV and device from the electrical outlet.
3. Disconnect the HDMI cables from the TV and other product.
4.Wait 60 seconds.
5. While the HDMI cables are disconnected, plug the power cords back into the electrical outlet.
6. Turn on the TV.
7. Re-connect the HDMI cables.
8. Turn on the HDMI-connected product.
Also, configure various settings related to the TV display such as color and brightness for picture quality, or screen size. The actual display may vary or some settings may not be available depending on your model/country/region and the content you are watching. Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — the desired option.
