I've owned this TV for about a month and so far I'm very happy with it. Picture quality is very good, though I wish it were a little brighter. Not a big deal though, I can simply draw the curtains closed to darken the room a bit. Sound quality is also very good, I don't feel the need to rush out and buy a sound bar. Fit and finish is excellent and the unit seems to be well-built and solid. Physical setup was pretty easy, the legs just snap into place. Plug in the power cord, put the batteries in the remote and you're ready. I seem to be missing a cable tie that wasn't included in the parts kit, but it wasn't really needed anyway. Be aware that the panel is fairly heavy and until the legs are secured, there is a risk of tipping. Follow Best Buy's advice and don't go it alone! Setting up wifi and Google home and signing into apps probably took another half hour or so. Once everything was set up, I did need to make some color adjustments as it seemed way too saturated and a bit too magenta right out of the box. After this was dialed in, though, I found the picture quality to be excellent (we watch mainly Netflix and some sports). Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. I had Best Buy deliver to my home, which saved me the hassle (and risk) of transporting it home from the store. Highly recommend delivery for larger panels.

Overall, it's a great TV. I got the 65 inch and I love the size. Good picture quality and colors. The only issue is that when the screen is showing a very dark scene, there is some uneven backlight cloudiness. So when the screen is black on my TV the top left corner has a cloudy looking lighter area. But I've really only noticed it playing video games and I think I need to turn the brightness up anyhow then cause the games get too dark to see anything.

I've had about a year now with no warranty and it was an out of the box special and I have yet to be disappointed with any aspect of the TV

This is the best! There is so much detail in the picture that we never saw in our old 55" tv--color is very vibrant and the sound is amazing, especially when listening to music. I hope this tv lasts a long, long time. Pricewise, this was a very good deal.

Whatever LG thinks they are trying to accomplish with WebOS, they need to just stop and throw in the towel. I replaced my LG OLED tv with this, the picture isn't as great, BUT the user interface is 1000% better, and it doesn't freeze like the LG did. Also it isn't crushing the tv stand like the LG did. The LG warped my expensive fireplace stand from it's unnecessary heft, this was a great replacement.

I did my due diligence to research high-end TV brands and not just Sony. I owned a very expensive and high-end LG 4K QLED TV I purchased from Best Buy a few years ago. That was a top notch TV, but I sold it because I relocated out-of-state. Just recently I purchased this Sony X80J LED 4K UHD TV and I was reluctant at first. After researching for several days and Best Buy had the TV on sale I was convinced to give it a try. After watching a few action movies and playing with the Nintendo switch I'm fully convinced I made the right choice. The screen is clear, exhibits beautiful colors and the blacks are closely comparable to a QLED it was a success. The internal speakers are not too bad either. I would highly recommend this TV for those that are not seeking to drop thousands of dollars as I did a few years ago. There were a few review that the set-up can be difficult. My experience paid off by being patient and making my personal selections was pretty easy. Additionally, there were other reviews, I call them geeks, that go in-depth and make you doubt. It's great that they openly share their knowledge base, but at the end of the day you will get a beautiful picture and colors and it will appear you dropped thousands purchasing this TV.

Amazing tv for a great price. I watch alot of hockey and the ice shines like if i was at the arena just need to pump in that cool crisp air. Sound from the tv is good connets easily to my old reciever and produces amazing sound. Very easy set up. Highly recommend this tv. Was alittle worried about google interface but no more so easy and smooth to use

The combination that I bought is great. Great picture, easy to use and the sound bar is wonderful. My mistake was not having it installed by them. I had furniture being delivered on the same day and thought it would be to crowded in my home, I was wrong. Live and learn. Wonderful help from the young lady that helped us in Best Buy . Mike P

This is a beautiful television and the perfect size. Brilliant color and the captions are just what we needed. Im so glad a BB associate helped with the purchase. On sale! The installers were nice guys, patient & knowledgable. Thanks Geek Squad.
