Posted .Hi BDM1, We're sorry to hear this issue and we understand the need for having a fast forward and rewind controls. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. If you are inside an app/streaming app, rewind and fast forward can be controlled either pressing the left or right directional buttons and pause/play using the center button of the remote. Please note that we cannot guarantee if these buttons will also work if you're watching from another source/input device. Some sources/input devices will have a built-in fast forward or rewind option within the app.
As for the no program information on some channels, the TV Guide is a third-party app from Gracenote. Gracenote supplies their own TV Guide data. If you would like more details on content viewed/listened to, it would be best for you to follow up with Gracenote upon your request in order to provide you with these details.

Downloading your apps is easy too. The TV prompts you to input your log in and passwords for the various apps you use. Since it’s a Sony TV it automatically sets up your PS5 to optimize the sound and screen according to where you sit in your room. The sound quality is good but I think a sound bar would enhance it more. Also depending on what channels you watch is where you will see the brightness and contrast of images in more clarity especially if they a broadcasting at a high resolution. I compared watching a TNT NBA game to watching the Ravens game on WBAL and there was a significant resolution difference. TNT was much brighter, clear and detailed as opposed to WBAL with a grainy look although in HD. Playing NBA2K23 is great on this TV because of the fluidity and graphics. Wanting to see how Miles Morales Spider Man will look once I play it. Lastly, the navigation through apps is very easy and convenient. It is very enjoyable to watch. I’m glad after looking at dozens of brands and styles I found he right one for the right price.
