    I love the tvs igot .I got the 55 and the 65' SONY Bravia.These TVS will last forever. The one im replacing is the same brand but from 20yrs ago. It still works fine

    TV is as advertised, great screen. If you are looking for high end sound like LG TV you will need a sound bar or surround sound system. Sound is nice from TV, but not as nice as LG out of the TV alone.

    Sony Bravia has good picture quality. However, I'm very dissatisfied with the delay in powering on the TV from the remote. It's ridiculously slow. The remote itself is poor quality, especially in comparison to the LG TV remote that was ergonomic and fit nicely in the palm of the hand.

Please try to replace the batteries to isolate the issue. Also, make sure you are within 3-10 feet of your device and pointing the remote control at the IR sensor of the device.

    Waiting for Geek Squad to help determine why there is excessive buffering and interruption. It has been to be some reason beyond my ability to fix. Sales person did great.

    Great picture and easy to install. We had this big tv delivered. Thank you to the tech at the store that made this recommendation. Only thing that could be improved is the sound must be turned up to clearly hear the voice. Voice should be clear at all sound levels.
