Of course with more money it is possible to have a better audio, but the video quality is really impressive for this entry level budget smart tv.coming from a 60" sharp tv, now the sony is 65' , for the one we will go 75''.

If you really want the best viewing experience, it's a good idea to turn off all lighting sources as Sony TVs look the best in the darkest environment possible. Light from windows and lamps may cause glare on the TV screen. Using a brighter Picture Mode, like Vivid or Standard, will also help reduce reflection while watching TV or gaming. The software though is just awful, lags so bad even when all the software is up-to-date with an ethernet cord plugged-in at 2Gbps speed. It is a great TV though for use with a PC, 4k at 60hz I can't complain.

The movers lost my power supply with my 60” TV and had to order a new one. Your one geek guy FONZ told me to text him when I received it and he would come back and hook my Tv up, I have texted him 3 times and he ignores my text

That said, because it is direct lit (I think), in a dark room, you can see where the LEDs are located at the bottom of the screen. That the main reason for 4*s instead of 5.
