Or a tutorial of how to access all the features. I still haven't figured out how to get closed captioning on regular tv.

It has a beautiful picture. Thought probably the same with the SonyX80K. Not altogether happy with the Sony X80K series. Picture is ok….nothing exceptional. I had issues while watching sports. The audio plays English and Spanish at the same time. Did everything I thought to in settings to eliminate the problem..to no avail. I guess I have to call Sony technicians for help. Would probably send TV back if I still had the box. Not altogether happy and satisfied, but I guess I’ll live with it…. Ugh… :-(

Verify if the issue occurs on other channels and other video sources (e.g., Cable box, Signal Channels, Blu-ray Player, or any other external input).
