Spend the extra money for New vs Used

My recent purchase with this particular model happened to be a returned item from someone who allegedly wanted something bigger so it was marked down. Every so often the sound goes out if left on or when the tv powers on on initial start up. Not sure yet whether there’s an actual issue with the tv itself or what however powering down the unit itself and waiting 10-15 seconds usually resolves the issue.
