    If you are looking watch hdr movies and game this tv might not be for you. On the other hand it is great for tv shows and regular watching. It is a well known tv brand and its nice that sony gives its customers an affordable tv

    I bought this television because of the quality of the Sony brand throughout the years, the television worked well for the first few months after this, the television deactivates and activates the WiFi only creating disenchantment and discomfort when one is watching a sports program or something else It is a shame that this is the case. I have already spoken to customer service and nothing remains the same. I do not recommend this brand. It has been the worst thing I have ever had on television.

Many issues can be fixed without a repair. The Wi-Fi signal on your TV may drop or intermittently disconnect for various reasons.     Should’ve stuck with my gut

    I came in wanting to buy a roku tv but the saleswoman on the floor convinced me to buy this one instead claiming that it had better quality. The quality is not noticeably different from my roku and I am pretty disappointed in this purchase given how much more expensive it was and I really do not care for this tv that much. It is okay but I should have listened to my gut and gone with what I initially wanted. The picture quality is really not that great and has some contrast issues at times. As a spectrum user it does not have the watch spectrum app that lets me watch my cable channels on my tv and all around it pales in comparison to my roku: streaming, air play, app organization, virtual remote, and not to mention I absolutely hate the googletv interface.

    Sony Sells Garbage Now

    I really enjoyed my TV for about 4 months, but I booted it up one day and noticed the graphics were grainy, lower-quality, and not 4K. Thus began a 4 hour+ process of contacting Sony to inform them of a defective product. They made me do every troubleshoot in the book only to have their engineering department tell me that the TV was performing “within specification” and there was nothing they can do. This is confusing because as I was on the phone with support several agents mentioned that the tv was “clearly not performing at 4K”. I’m so disappointed because I spent a whole paycheck on this thing, and it went out on me. Looking online, I’m seeing that this is not unique to me. Please think carefully and consider other options before buying this because on the off chance you have a defective product on your hands Sony will send you on a wild goose hunt filled with passive-aggressive customer service agents, long wait times, ultimately to tell you there is nothing you can do. If you don’t believe me, google “Bravia” Reddit and see what comes up. I sure wish I did… 20 years of buying Sony products and I got treated like garbage. My feelings are hurt, and my pocket is $1k lighter… :(

    This TV has a great picture, but I am disappointed in the reception of broadcast TV. It has the worst reception of any TV I have owned. My old Panisonic TV had much better reception.
