    Very unhappy. I bought this tv only a year and a couple months ago. Wish I paid for the protection plan because now the screen has lines through it. It’s never been dropped or hit with anything. Ive had off brand tvs last 10 times longer than this.

This is definitely not the experience we were hoping you would have. If the lines also appear on the menu screen, there may be an issue with your TV and a repair is required. But if the lines are not visible on the menu screen, check if the issue is resolved while watching TV. If the issue continues, an external source (such as a cable or satellite box, internet video device, or other devices like a DVD player) or cable connections could be the cause of the issue.     Joke to use-get a Roku instead

    Way too complicated to use. Nothing logical. Has minimal storage to load apps. We only have a few apps loaded and it is out of storage for more. Google TV is not as user friendly as Roku. Extremely disappointed. Wish we could return it. We put Roku Ultra LT on 5 other TV’s, and the Setup and use is much easier and better. Our old TV’s are way better than this Sony. Google is junk service. Just goes in loops with no way out. Wasted money on the most expensive tv we’ve ever bought.

    never had a problem with anything that i got for Sony till i got this TV as a replacement . the model before this was great . this one ...... CONS...... cant update apps all at once no google play sound not at clear GLITCHY picture freezes I HATE THIS TV

    Needs a course to communicate..!

    We bought this garbage in February but it is so complicated and we always have trouble with it. We are not going to pass a specific course for any device we buy.! It is so slow connecting to the network and responding to the orders. It was my first and last Sony ever.

If you are referring to the Spectrum TV app, we are sorry but this is currently not available on our X80K(and other latest models). The Google Play Store or Search for apps on the Google TV only display apps that are supported by the TV. However, this TV has Chromecast built-in. You can use the built-in Chromecast feature to cast the content from the Spectrum TV app on your mobile device to this TV.     I would not recommend any Sony TVs. Had this one less than a yeah and the screen is already not working. Sound works, but no screen. Never had this problem with other TVs I have had. This was my first Sony TV and last one.

      To turn it off this setting, press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — [Motion] — [Motionflow] — [Off].

      Change the current setting of [CineMotion] to [Off].

    Sharp but has wifi issues

    Nice tv, sharp, great colors. Has an issue with wifi connecting. It likes to disconnect often and freezes Netflix/online viewing. I’ll have to try connecting it direct to my router. My Samsung never had this issue.

      If the Wi-Fi® signal on your TV device drops or intermittently disconnects, try a power restart or reset of your TV and your modem/router first. A power cycle or reset of your devices often resolved these issues. Then if needed, check your network connection status and the troubleshooting steps provided.
      Before you start, it's recommended that you keep your TV software updated to the latest version. These updates include key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.     I managed to select my language and input half of my wifi password before the TV died with the dreaded red-flashing-light issue that I wish I had known about before purchasing. Will be returning it ASAP.

    AirPlay stays not working and only way to get it to work is to do a reset on the tv I have 2 of these and both do the same thing

    HDMI inputs do not work! Only owned for 8 months!

    Bought this TV in Dec. HDMI inputs have no signal for the 3rd time. Garbage.

    I would say the worse smart TV I have purchased to date. The way to select new channels to viewing the guide. I wish I had noted the return date earlier but now I guess I am stuck
