I have yet to get the voice control to work, but I'm happy with my purchase! I bought this open box which I didn't realize meant NO box, but Best Buy wrapped it up safely and helped load it into my car.

My problem is with the remote. I purchased the TV on sell for over $700. The remote is cheaply made. I'm disappointed.
