It's taken a few days for me to get the settings just right, but the effort is worth it. It's an outstanding, well-lit picture -- the kind you so often see on the store floor, but this time it translates when you get home, set up the TV and fire it up. The menu system is easy to use, as well. One piece of advice: Once you get the TV connected to your home wireless, go ahead and run the software update.

TV is OK for the sale price

The Picture is good, But it is a little slow to respond when clicking Guide, DVR, etc. I also sometimes have issues with "Pause" & need to click that a couple times. I also tried to use the google microphone and it does not find TV shows or themes properly. I asked for Tennis and got a "blank" screen, even though there is a tennis channel. I asked for fo "NCIS" and it took me to Pluto, even though it was playing on regular TV. For the price, I guess the TV is fine, but I would not spend alot for it. NOTE: the SONY remote does not even have a "last" button to go back to previous channel. It has a "back" button, but that does not do that...

Posted .Hi Karen, We regret to hear you are having issues with your Sony Bravia 4K TV. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. To isolate the issue, please turn off the TV, unplug the power cord for two minutes, then turn on the TV. We also recommend updating the firmware of the TV to make sure it will run smoothly: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00119543. If still unresolved, it is possible the the issue is with the remote. Please remove the batteries from the remote control and insert them again.

Great TV...Terrible CS

It took me almost three months with Sony to have them send me a replacement T.V as this is covered under the 1 year manufatures warranty. I would give this T.V a 5 star as the picture quality and color saturation are amazing. Unfortunatly im diducting a star because they have a terribly unreliable Customer Service. It was quick and easy to set up a claim but to have Sony do there part in scheduling a pick up time for the replacement was mismanaged. They canceled my claim twice and until I spoke with a supervisor, my claim kept getting stuck in limbo. Overall great T.V as lonng as you have no problems out of box. They just dont make things like theyy used too.

My only complaint is that is when people move the movements do not look real. I have only had the tv about a month but so far I would recommend this tv.
