I am very happy with the installation service and the day-to-day viewing of the television. the television is larger than our previous television so it gives a better picture throughout our living room. The sound is GREAT as is the picture. The installers did a GREAT job and explained the operation of the TV throughout the instrallation.

I have referred friends and family to Best Buy. I appreciate the customer service and detailed information about our Sony 65 inch t.v. The only thing we weren't aware of was the special component we had to apurchase to have our receiver connect to our speakers. We had to order it on line as we weren't able to find it at Best Buy.

It was very easy to set up and transfer our cable services to it. We just unplugged the old, and plugged in the new. Cable transferred right over. The picture makes it seem like the people are right there in our living room. Details are incredibly crisp. Sound is great, too. We haven't quite got the remotes consolidated down yet, but we're working on them. It's been a pleasure to get this wonderful TV!

Great picture, okay menu operation

It takes some time to tweak the settings because the settings menu is a bit unfriendly and very expanse. There are lots of options to choose but when you dig down into the settings the back button will either take you out of the menu completely or it will take you to the beginning settings screen in stead of just going back one screen.
