Color and contrast fantastic for movies and games through PS4 and PC. 1st tv I've owned with Google as the OS but it is incredibly responsive compared to recent Firestick's and Samsung 5 and 6 series TV's that we also have athome. Streaming workout classes to the TV works great with Airplay2.

The picture looks great. Love the sound quality. Looked better than my old LG 60 inch. However, the screen is very fragile and due to the stress from the wall mount, lines were showing up on the screen. It was annoying and unfortunately, I had to return it and settle for a 60” Samsung, which is still great TV.

I've never owned a TV that is of such high quality as this one. It seemed to lag a little during sporting events until we added at cat5 cable to it directly. The sound is typical of a smart tv. You will need to purchase a good sound bar/system to accompany this TV.

Pros: It was good for gaming. The contrast was good. Blacks looked black instead of gray Interface was user friendly Scenes without too much motion looked good Cons: The picture had some noticable motion blur, stuttered in panning shots, and it would just randomly reboot in the middle of watching something. The picture was also too bright even when I lowered the brightness; it really strained my eyes. I spent more time adjusting the picture settings to no avail than I did watching the tv. The picture degraded significantly at an angle. Maybe I just got a defective tv but I expected more from a Sony.

We regret to hear that you had issues with our Bravia TV and that the unit had to be returned. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. One of the possible resolutions to some of the issues is by updating the firmware of the TV. This process improves the general performance of the TV and resolve any possible software-related issues. Other issues could be resolved by resetting the TV to factory default settings. We appreciate your feedback and we hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase.

The only thing that I have adjusted is the brightness level. Everything works well and I haven’t have any issues. Got it on sale for $799, so that was also great. I first wanted the X90J, but it was about $400-$500 more. The only thing that can be better is the brightness level, but I guess that’s what the X90J is for. Overall pretty satisfied.

Also looks equally as good when playing with my Xbox Series X. The google platform is robust and imo equally as nice as the roku platform. Overall great Tv. I usually buy Samsungs however Im gonna start looking at Sonys because of their features and price point.
