Won't connect to anything except YouTube. Ignores ROKU - which I've learned online is a very frequent problem. Won't connect to an antenna (tried 2). Support scheduled me out for 10 days - so I'm waiting on that BUT I am miffed that after delivery and installation I don't really have a working tv. Evaluations below are based only on YouTube reception.

Admittedly had not appreciated that it comes with surveillance features a la Alexa, but is a good price. Wouldn’t buy it again but if you are already cool with Siri et al then likely a good product for you.

It just don’t like this tv and likely will return. It is not easy or intuitive to operate. It won’t connect to Apple TV at all. I bought a LG nancocell and it is far superior to this.

Don't Buy Sony

Was told if it happens again, i could return it and get a different tv. What i wasn't told was that i only had 2 weeks to do so. Was then sent over to deal with sony because it was still under manufacturers warranty, even though i have 5 year geek squad protection. Got the run around from sony for 3 months. Worst company to deal with. Every time i talked to someone, they had the wrong information in the notes. After 3 months they said the tv is working fine snd it's an internet issue. It's connected through an ethernet cable. There are no issues with the internet.

Great TV, but may be better if not as large.

Had purchased the 55" inch version of this TV previously. Picture quality is supposed to be as good, but just doesn't seem to be to my eyes. Happy with purchase though, but may have been happier going with the 55" inch version again.

I would of liked the 90 sertes but $400-500 more. This 85 series is mid range model which was best value for the money. I can't complain.
