While we're delighted you like the incredible picture and sound, and intuitive smart Google TV interface, it's unfortunate to hear you're experiencing stutter issues on your TV. This is not the experience we want you to have. Picture settings allow a wide array of changes to color, contrast, motion settings, and brightness that can improve the viewed content on your Google TV. In addition to setting various settings related to the TV display such as noise reduction, motionflow, and cinemotion settings for picture quality to smooth out any content, picture quality also depends on the signal and content.
We regret to know that the unit had to be returned. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

You will need to set the TV HDMI® Signal format to Enhanced format for your source device to recognize the 4K 120Hz capability of the TV. Make sure your device is connected to the HDMI 3 or HDMI 4 input on the TV using the supplied Certified Premium HDMI cable. 1. Select Settings → Watching TV → External inputs → HDMI signal format. 2. Select the input the device is connected to (either HDMI 3 or HDMI 4), and then change the setting to Enhanced format.
