However, I bought this TV because I wanted to get the most out of my Xbox-X. This TV states it is 120HZ capable. However, after speaking with Sony directly, they currently do not have ANY TVs that output at 120hz for the x-box x. Only PS5. If you are looking to get the most out of your x-box, go with a Samsung. Steer clear of Sony.

We apologize you've been running into difficulty setting your TV to allow 4K120Hz signal format display for Xbox. Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. This TV features 4K at 120Hz signal format via HDMI inputs 3 & 4. VRR will be available via a future firmware update.
If you want to take advantage of higher refresh rates or high definition 4K HDR content (4K120Hz signal) such as PS5 or Xbox Series X video games, special preparation is required. Make sure to connect the external device to HDMI input 3 or 4 using a Premium High Speed HDMI Cable(s) that supports speeds of 18 Gbps. Select the input the device is connected to (either HDMI 3 or HDMI 4), and then change the setting to Enhanced format.
Set the HDMI signal format to "Enhanced".
Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Channels & Inputs] — [External inputs] — [HDMI signal format] — [HDMI 3/4] — [Enhanced format].

Disappointed with the picture quality

I was disappointed in the picture quality. All the reviews and knowing the quality that Sony has produced I expected this to be one of the best pictures I have ever seen. I have even talked to the Sony support desk to see if they can help make the picture better, but not much has changed.

You can adjust the picture quality of the TV using the Sony Remote by Pressing the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture]. This will let you fine-tune your TV picture based on your preference or select one of our preset picture settings. You can also select Auto picture mode; this automatically selects the picture mode based on the content being viewed. Regards, Carl

It will connect through other input ports. i would not recommend this tv.

I have always done Samsung and never had an issue. My problem with the Sony, is that it will not keep Netflix running. Every other app works great, but apparently this is a huge issue with Sony televisions. It will stay on for a few minutes and then shut down. Start back up and same thing over and over again. I am hoping an update will fix the issue, but sounds like it has been a problem for a few years. May have to just return it and go back to Samsung.

Please try to sign out your Netflix account on your TV and sign it again. Perform a power reset by tuning OFF the TV, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and leave it unplugged for 60 seconds.
