Hi Jac918 While we're glad that you like the picture quality, we regret that the picture buffer when watching sports. This is definitely not the experience we'd like you to have. We'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn your experience around.

The Motionflow function creates interpolated images to make the picture smooth. Therefore, video noise may appear in fast-moving scenes, or when switching between scenes on your TV. If there's too much noise, change the Motionflow settings.

Note: The display screen may differ depending on the model or operating system. The images below are just examples.

Thank you for the feedback on using your X85J 4K HDR Google TV. While we're glad you like the picture quality, we're sorry to hear about the audio drops out issue and the TV shuts off randomly. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have in our product. We value your input and appreciate the feedback regarding the sound quality. Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. If you haven't yet, you can isolate these issues by following the troubleshooting steps below.

Verify if the TV turns off at regular intervals such as 30 minutes to an hour, or if the TV turns on or off when an HDMI-connected device is powered on or off:

• If your TV turns on or off at regular intervals, such as 30 minutes to an hour, it's likely caused by power saving functions such as Idle TV Standby, On Timer, and Sleep Timer.
• If the TV turns on or off when an HDMI-connected device is powered on or off, check the Bravia Sync settings.
• If there's no picture on your TV, make sure that the input setting on the TV corresponds to the video output source. Also, try changing the HDMI signal format.

We'd also like to verify if the audio drops out issue happens from an internal app or an external device. If it happens when watching a content from an internal app, please make sure the app is updated. If still unresolved, the app can also be removed and reinstalled as an additional step.

• Restart the TV using the power button on the remote control or the TV. To do that, simply press and hold the Power button until Restart appears on the screen, and then select it to restart the TV.
• If you have an external device connected on the TV, check the cable connection between the device and TV.
• Disconnect and reconnect the cable. A bad connection may occur temporarily and cause this issue.
