You can adjust the picture quality of the TV using the Sony Remote by Pressing the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture]. This will let you fine-tune your TV picture based on your preference or select one of our preset picture settings.
You can also select Auto picture mode; this automatically selects the picture mode based on the content being viewed.

I just purchased this from Best Buy in Summerlin Las Vegas and there is a 3 inch yellowish bar all across the top of the screen. I have tried every picture setting and is still there to no avail. Please help and advise how to remove this. Was so excited to get this and now this. Please help.

And if you have problem good luck. You can not call the store for help you get the call center in Texas & they set the time when someone comes out to fix the problem.
