Broken TV out the box

Every item that I've ever purchased from Best buy I have bought in the store and took home on my own. This is the first time I've ever had something delivered because of the size of the TV. I don't have room in my vehicle and I don't have a truck so I had to deliver. The first day or so that I started to use it the screen started flashing. I don't know what happened as far as from the store to my place but something is wrong with the TV. It started having other symptoms the following weeks Like to scream and go out or there'd be a line going through the screen like someone hit the TV or something. I finally got on the phone with geek squad of set up an appointment for next month for them to come in and check out my TV. I got a warranty so it should cover it but we're going to see. Obviously during the delivery process something happened but that's what we get the warranties for right? We'll see how this plays out. I should have called during the first day that it started acting up but the fact that I have geek squad kind of gave me confidence that let me see how this plays out with this TV before calling because a warranty is a warranty regardless.

Don't buy Sony TV

It's 2022 and the age of apps and this so-called smart TV doesn't have enough memory capacity to handle more than a few apps. If we had known this earlier, we would have never purchased this TV. We had a LG 49 inch TV that we bought in 2015 on which we were able to download and run many apps. Every employee at Best Buy kept advising us to buy Sony over other brands, telling us that Sony makes great quality TVs What a total and complete letdown! Hope Sony fixes this issue asap!!

Questionable Sony Quality

Awful for a Sony

Disappointing image quality!!!

I was very disappointed with the quality of the image. after a couple of weeks, I noticed light spots on the four corners of the screen! I was planning to exchange it for another SONY TV, a different series. Unfortunatelly, I've passed the 14-day return/exchange time frame!!! I would really appreciate it if I could be able to exchange it for a different one. I am definitely willing to pay the difference! Hope you can help me!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Misleading Advertisment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The websute states its 65" but in store it doesnt, it has bold letter stating X85J with a small print of "65 class" on the box not 65", but class, and to top it off it comes in a way oversized box giving it the illusion of being a much bigger tv. This is last time I will buy a Sony TV ever again. Yah my bad for not investigating it further, but I had no service in the store both internet or sales so I just took it at face value when I bought it.

Defective Tv

I bought a 65-inch TV in the month of January and the screen went off suddenly. Best buy gave me a defective TV (I guess) Now I'm trying to call Sony electronics and best buy no one is responding back. Poor quality

The TV lags a lot in the menus. Response time is quite slow especially first 5 minutes after turning the TV on. YouTube app works terribly. It switches between videos, kicks me out the app. I have tried many things to try to solve the issue. Please help
