Sonys Amazing TV at an Amazing Price.

The picture quality and sound are excellent. Connected to our PS5, the Sony 2.1 HDMI and 120hrz capabilities are immediately noticed. Easily set up and Packaged extremely well, this TV is set at an amazing price. The remote control is user friendly however i wish it had a nighttime light up feature.

I was planning on getting another Samsung or an LG. But after talking to the sales person at Best Buy, I learned I could get this Sony for a lot less money and still get the same picture quality and refresh rate as the other brands comparable TVs (note: it was on sale from the manufacturer, so the price has gone up since then). So far I’m loving the picture quality and the other features my old tv didn’t have. Definitely worth buying.

Poor sound, great picture

The picture is amazing however some of the darker areas could be better (the black areas of the picture tend to look digitized). The worst part of this TV is the sound. I get it, most people probably just have a sound bar, but I didn't for my previous TV. I didn't read through all the reviews, but when I looked at the "PROS" and "CONS" I saw that sound was in the "PROS" tags. Figured it would work ok. Boy was I wrong. Sounded like the whole TV was sitting in a tin can. Worst sound ever. I ended up going the next day after installing the TV to get a sound bar. With the sound bar the TV can now stay as it sounds night and day better. Last issue, there were parts missing from the TV that the quick setup guide referenced. Not essential to the normal operations; basically just cable management. However when contacting Sony, they directed me back to Best Buy. First Sony says they shouldn't be included, to which I ask, why are they referenced in the quick setup guide and why is there a space on the back of the TV for one of the cable management pieces. After that they changed their tune to "The dealer needs to provide any missing parts". TV with sound issue: 4 of 5 stars Missing Pieces and Sony runaround - 1 star = 3 of 5 stars total

It was easy to set up & the picture was great, right out of the box, set on Standard picture, warm. It replaced a Samsung that had a sound bar, cus the sound was garbage. This TV does not need a sound bar, as it has fantastic sound. Don't hesitate to pick up this model before they are sold out!

Annoying almost to the point of return

From a screen/visual standpoint this is a very good tv... replaced a Samsung of the same size and shocked that "comparable" models had such a difference in just how things looked. However, the software driving it is really ruining the experience. Constantly needing software updates. I recall a few of these over YEARS with my other tvs. This one has had updates every couple days for a month. It forces you to address it so each time you have to acknowledge it to go back to trying to use the tv. Hulu is a disaster on it. Have 2 other brands of tvs and have also used Hulu on my laptops... its not Hulu, its this tv. Many times it just freezes on the profile selection (which on this tv I have to select EVERY time). Sometimes it just stays on the logo as if loading. Other times it will just crash - always of course in the last few plays of a live sports event. Aside from Hulu - and the software updates - I think it'd be worthy of 5 stars but those two issues really are killing the experience really to the point of taking it back. But when its not having these issues its fantastic on picture and maybe the best sound I've ever had on an LED tv which are always notorious for poor speakers

Beautiful picture & so easy to navigate with all of our apps for streaming. We don’t have cable anymore & haven’t for several years, so this truly beats hooking up our computer to the old tv with a hdmi cable each time we wanted to watch something on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc. We love it!

Good general purpose TV.

Its a VA panel, so off access viewing angles wash out a bit. I put it on a swivel wall mount which solves most viewing angle issues. Set looks fantastic in normal lit rooms. In dark rooms the black bars are lifted as there is no local diming. Speakers are good for general purpose viewing.

My friend and I wall mounted it. The picture quality is very nice. I watch a lot of sports and the 120 hz is great for that. Sound quality is good and I like that I can listen through my Bluetooth headphones as to not disturb family members. I recommend purchasing this TV.

The set-up was a piece of cake. I love getting all our streaming services directly from the internet connection. My only complaint is that it always starts up at it's home screen instead of the last thing you watched (maybe there's a setting to fix this....)
