Great colors, brightness and resolution sharpness. The video processing is obviously great. Contrast, black levels and viewing angle are better on higher end models. Really easy to set up, fairly thin, google OS is great and easy to use. The picture quality is fantastic, however I don't notice a huge difference between this and my 7+ year older tv. Once I play games on it we'll see though since the primary difference is 60hz to 120hz

SONY 4K - great picture, great color

Great processor. Great color processing. GOOGLE TV OS is a big step up from from the other platforms. And I have been using them for 10+ years. Two USB ports support media storage and / or additional space for apps. Also has ATSC 3.0 next gen TV. Integrates well will all connected devices.

It has so many options compared to my previous Samsung and most of it is easy to get to and understand. The color and picture are amazing and goes hand and hand with the PS5. So far I haven't had any issues and I am pleased with my purchase.

Seems to work with no major issues and installation was easy. Great picture, color, and is very big. Definitely could be more user friendly with the settings controls, but once they are set up, I don’t really see a need to change them. Brightness was not as bright as my older tv. Otherwise no other issues/complaints.

I’m by no means a TV junkie so don’t take my review as any sort of “expert” advice. This TV has good picture - can’t say anything for sound because I use a sound bar system with it instead of the TV sound - but I’m pleased with the quality of the picture. The last TV i went through had really slow software which was really annoying. On thIs TV the apps load quickly and the remote control is responsive. I saw other reviews of this TV suggesting there were issues connecting yo wifi, but I have had no such issues thus far, and I’ve had this TV about 5 months or so. Also want to say that Best Buy’s customer service was above reproach. They worked with me to ensure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase.

Great TV - Great Sales - Bad Delivery

The Best Buy salesperson who helped me was SO knowledgeable and patient with my myriad of questions. He took me through each brand I wanted to check out and showed me the pros and even the cons. I actually ended up purchasing the Sony (which I was not considering originally) based on the amazing picture quality. While I had not planned to purchase that day, I ended up purchasing. I would have given 5 stars if not for delivery experience. (Delivery was not good - missed delivery on day promised w/no communication. Redelivery - Geek Squad attempted to come almost 2 hours before delivery window when I was not home. Automated phone system gave incorrect information multiple times). Two different BB managers offered explanations of "how" delivery was botched which I appreciated - just not able to get back the hours I wasted trying to get the "free" delivery.

Dead in less than 3 years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It works fine till yesterday. I was watching a movie and then heard a spinning noise and TV shutdown. After that, only SONY logo displayed on the screen. Try unplug or hold power button for more 30 seconds to reboot, still only SONY logo on the screen. It's a Google TV, so probably mainboard or hard drive is dead. I have three SONY TVs working fine for more than 10 years. This is the first SONY TV dead in less than 3 years. I am looking for a cheaper TV now, because the quality of TV is getting worse, no need to spend much on expensive brands which only last less than 3 years.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.SO, i bought this Tv with the intent on using it as a computer monitor for my gaming pc which has a 3080Ti gpu. i SPECIFICALLY bought it because it had the specs showing it did 4k 120hz, when in actual use, this tv does not support 4k 120hz in HD on a pc..... you can select the 4k 120hz option on the nvidia control panel on the pc setting, but not on 4k HD. it will only display 4k HD 60hz..... i was lied to when i bought this tv as to its capabilities, so it was basically a waste of $1000 because they lied on their specs. VERY NOT HAPPY!

I use this tv in a back porch and sit within 5 feet and it’s still ultra clear. The google platform is easy to pull apps for watching streaming. I use apps for all viewing. Didn’t even need to run a cable line to it.
