ach use not as good as I thought it would be. Ended up using an optical cord other then the cord that was supplied with the product.

The set up was easy and sounded good for a while. Now only after ha ring it for about 2 weeks the speakers are already bad on the unit and the is a buzzing when I try to use the unit. And it is definitely not as powerful as it should be for a sound bar this expensive. Not what I wanted or expected at all. Very disappointed.

Overall good sound when paired with sub. Not up to my expectations when sub not paired.

We loved this sound bar. We purchase this as an open box and enjoyed the expansive sound (for a sound bar). However, within days, it developed a fuzzy sound in the center channel. Upon returning it, we purchased a new unit as a replacement of the same model (Best Buy handled it very well). The performance was once again excellent, but now nine months later the fuzzy sound in the center channel is back. I'm really disappointed with Sony's quality.

This is a great sound bar for watching movies but for watching tv not that good

My husband search for quit a while to find the perfect wireless soundbar for our Sony TV. We even drove to another state just so we could hear it in person. Sony did not let us down. This has amazing sound quality and gives that surround sound feeling we was looking for. Definitely a great purchase!!

I'm a Sony loyalist so I was hoping the sound bar would help me keep the faith. So far all is good.

Apparently the software is to primitive to handle updating without problems. Hope they upgrade on the next model otherwise it will be an even more expensive paperweight !!!!!

I got this on special with a Sony tv. Sound was OK for about a week but started to make a weird sound (buzzing,static) coming from the center speaker. I thought it was the sound field or tv source but it was the speaker. I returned it to best buy and got another one. Oh no, same problem! After 2-3 weeks. I went to best buy and asked if other customers had the same problem but the representative never heard of this problem until we listen to their display speaker, buzzing sound coming from center speaker. Returned it and got me a BOSE soundtouch, now life is good! Sony hopefully looks into this!

bought as an opened box item and crackled when using, bought a new hdmi cable and still sounded crackly. Think it was a lemon because I bought it as an opened item....disappointed because I couldn't get another one because they didn't have any others that were opened box. Oh well, I'll look for another!

I am enjoying my Sony sound bar with my new tv. I usually buy Bose but Sony is also a great product and I just couldn't resist the deal I got with my Sony tv. I've had the sound bar for about a month and I couldn't be happier.

Best Buy has a tremendous selection of electronics to choose from the staff is friendly and courteous and willing to assist all the time. I enjoy going there and just browsing if not purchasing an item.

This sound bar exceeded my expectations in all areas except one, it's lack of HDR support is a major short coming for visual reference.

We purchased the high end sound bar to get wireless and to upgrade our system. We are not audiophiles.We don't require 0 harmonic distorion, we dont need 100000 watts per channel. This soundbar is OK. It continually and randomly goes to USB. Occasionally the soundbar produces an echo of the sound when you first start it. You have to shut down and restart to get the echo to stop. The bass is either overwhelming or too soft, nothing in betweenFor a $1200 soundbar, things should be almost perfect. In addition, if you go from other reviews, dealing with Sony customer service is a nightmare. Save yourself the effort and stay away from Sony products.
