The first TV has major vertical banding issues. Best Buy home deliver has already canceled/now showed 3 appointments. Hoping the 4th one does the trick. We will see. Sony's "blank screen" issue with this TV is well known and Sony is still working on a software fix. When it happens, just unplug the TV & plug back in. Picture will return when powered back up. Should be a solid TV once the banding issue and screen blanking issue is fixed.

The user interface could be friendlier. I don't use any of the apps so that isn't really a selling point for myself personally. I do wish there was a way to disable automatic app updates, didn't see any option for it. I read the reviews before purchasing so i somewhat knew what to expect. Didn't come with any 3D glasses. Coming from 2 LG tvs one with magic wand it's a little different experience, but not by much. I can say though at this moment the tv was well worth the price, considering it's size. I can only hope that it lasts for years to come.
