    Nice TV but the wifi drops frequently and the backlight/LEDs went out after 5 years and its been hard to get it repaired in a timely fashion. Might just get another TV.

    Would not recommend Best Buy

    Great TV but wouldn’t recommend Best Buy. Have been waiting 3 months to get my refund for a returned TV. Customer service makes no effort to resolve this issue, get transferred to various departments being told I need to speak with someone else. After being on the phone for an hour I’m told there’s nothing they can do. Absolutely terrible.
