Display is amazing and the speed of the processor is Night-and-Day difference! In the past when we changed to different apps it took a bit of time to update in the screen. The Bravia 5 is instant. I would highly recommend this TV.

Image and resolution is perfect for sports and movie nights. Colors are vibrant. Screen can be reflective with direct light and I recommend getting a sound bar to amplify volume.

Better than the TCL, but not significantly

Whereas, the operating system is much better than the five year old TCL TV we were using, the picture itself does not overwhelm me. We've only used it for two weeks, and I've only tried adjusting the picture one time (without much difference). I'll try some more, but I'm thinking I've already done enough that I should see a significant change (and I'm not). I live to watch live sports, and the athlete's faces have not been very clear. Also, the sound is not that loud. It also does not change much unless you increase the volume a significant amount. An added speaker system is needed. If I can figure out how to adjust in a way that improves everything about the overall experience, I will certainly update my review.
