We value your input and appreciate the feedback regarding the sound quality. Sound quality depends on the signal and content. You can configure various settings related to the TV’s sound such as sound quality and sound mode. Select the appropriate sound setting for your Google TV which best suits you. The sound quality may improve if you change it in [Sound] under [Settings]. Press the quick settings button, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture & Sound] — [Sound (***)], and adjust [Sound settings] or [Volume settings].

With Acoustic Multi-Audio™, sound positioning tweeters on the sides of the TV produce a wider, elevated soundstage, enabling audio to follow the action on screen. Thank you for choosing Sony! -Jess

We understand your concern about the viewing angle. To ensure optimal viewing experience, we highly suggest turning off all lighting sources as Sony TVs look the best in the darkest environment possible. Light from windows and lamps may cause glare on the TV screen. Using a brighter Picture Mode, like Vivid or Standard, will also help reduce reflection while watching TV or gaming.
