Great service and product

Rolando and the installers I had a very pleasant experience. So far everything is working great but I do want to give a special shout out to the two installers. Very professional, knowledgeable, and fast with no mess. After installation I have a great picture and a well secured unit. Again my hats off to the two installers. In the next month or two I will purchase a sound bar.

Nice TV

We did have a day where we were only getting sound and no picture which was a little disappointing since we've only had the TV for about a month. We were able to fix it by unplugging it. Again, simple fix, but the TV isn't even a month old and is only on maybe and hour or two a day.

Quality but pricey.

Ive always bought the lower price points. Ive mainly stuck with Visio which havent given me any issues. The Bravia is amazing though and im glad i bought it. The pucture and sound are on a defferent level. I went ahead and picked up the bravia soundbar to go with it and it does help push out a little more bass.

I was shocked how much better nintendo switch games look and of course i knew the ps5 would look amazingly. Also the ui is so much better than my other tvs.

The picture is clearer than any Sony I have ever had before. I see no image blur on sports and movies are incredible on it. I highly recommend it.
