    First ever big purchase, highly recommend this tv, it’s great for sports and movies. Also sony hands outs 5 coins to spend on movies.

    Great for most tv feeds however does not work well with Amazon for TNF - bad color and not able to adjust.

    Geek squad did a great job setting up my tv.picture is good was recommended by geek squad to upgrade my receiver so still waiting on that.

    New Bravia Disappoints

    I had a 77" Bravia that I thoroughly loved but then it died after only 2.5 years. So I bought an extended warranty for the 75" Sony to insure against another meltdown. However, this model doesn't have as good of a picture, especially when viewing from the side. Straight on it's fine but it has a washed out look when viewing from even a slight angle.

    Great so far. For some reason tv comes on sometimes when in I turn it offf. Got to figure out why

This TV is a perfect choice for those who want to enjoy a truly cinematic experience at home. In regards to the situation you've been experiencing with the TV turning on. There are a few things you can try:
      1- Make sure you push the power button on the Sony remote just once without holding it down to power off the set
      2- Check for a software update available on the TV. You can go to settings > system > about > software update
      3- Disable Bravia sync control settings by going to settings > channels and inputs > external inputs > Bravia sync settings > disable bravia sync control
