I like sony for quality reliability and the picture is awesome. I was looking at the lg c1 and I wasnt willing to spend the extra money on the c1 the Sony x90j picture side by side to the lg c1 didn't warrant the extra money for me. Color mapping true Sony color to my taste. 75" x90j

I am disappointed with the connectivity between different HDMI inputs and the Sony Sound bar with the TV. Every time the power goes out (hurricane season in Houston) you have to manually reset and reconnect the sound bar and cable box. It is frustrating enough that I will return both TV and Sound bar and go back to Samsung.

So plan ahead, if this is in a room with a lot of natural light it might not be the best set for that environment. however... if you plan to use it as a theater set up for a room that can be darker this is the perfect set. Sony color accuracy and quality is there.

I wanted his living room to look up to date, since he hosts a lot. This definitely achieves that. Direct lit, full array, sony quality, if you want high end pictures at a relative bargain this is it. I bought it with the sony htg700 soundbar so he pretty much has mini theater.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: -It’s big -Cheap relative to other tvs in its class Cons -The colors were especially awful. -The picture quality wasn’t great I originally was trying to decide between the 75” X90J, 77”/65” A80J, and 77”/65” LG C1. After reading reviews online and watching some videos I decided to do the X90J. I tried the tv out for about 2 weeks but ultimately returned it for the 65” C1. The picture quality and colors were just nothing compared to my 55” Samsung MU8500. I mean the Samsung really just blew this thing out of the water and I paid half the price for the Samsung 4 years ago. My family wanted to watch things on the smaller Samsung TV because it was brighter and had more color. The Sony appeared unrealistically dull. For example, the Netflix logo almost appeared pink instead of red. I’m very happy with the LG C1. I wish I could have gotten the 77”, but the trade off for getting a 65” C1 instead of 75” X90J is quality. I highly recommend considering that tv or the Sony A80J over this one. A giant screen isn’t worth it if the quality of the screen isn’t great. Many people will be very happy with this tv. If you’re someone who looks closely at details like me you will probably not be. One other thing: When reading reviews many people said to pick this tv over the A80J or C1 if you have a bright room. There is no discernible difference in brightness in my very bright living room.

For being a class under OLED, the TV still looks amazing. Great Picture, the voice remote is perfect for quick access to apps and the sound is really clear. Looks great mounted on my wall. I got this one to replace a Samsung. Have been a Samsung buyer for years, not anymore this Sony blows the doors off. For those of you Samsung fans, don't get fooled with the Samsung black Friday deals. My sales guy td me they realse lesser quality TVs for the holidays, SONY DOES NOT.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.All my tv’s are sony, just cant beat the quality of picture and the product itself, the tv that replaced this lasted 12 years and i still have another xbr that i bought back in 2007. i tried another brand because of the price with same features but the picture right of the box was terrible. you literally have to adjust a lot of the picture settings to match the type of source. Sony tvs are a bit pricier but totally worth it and in the long run comes out cheaper.

As did my fathers, which I recommended. The processor is amazing, which leads to the picture being awesome. For a LED, it’s off the charts. But…if you buy, be sure to hardwire the Internet. Trust me, it’s going to be a hassle. Once we hardwired them, great products! To be clear, I would not discourage someone from buying Sony, the workings are amazing, just hardwire the web.
