This is a known problem and neither Best Buy or Sony will do anything to make an expensive TV work correctly. Ive called several times. Best Buy called and told me they would make it right and ive heard nothing since and the TV is still doing it (this has been going on for months) Will never buy a Sony again, which is too bad the picture is nice when it works. Very disappointing!
