    Beyond disappointed. I have yet been able to see the picture promised. Set up was easy, but trying to find the balance for the picture is flat out impossible. Once you are able to adjust the faces to not be orange you lose other picture aspects. I personally feel I spent far too much money for a “normal” TV with zero bells and whistles. I don’t see 4k even with a 4K movie. LED and UHD is a joke on this TV. I personally feel like this is the lowest model they have instead of a X90J. I haven’t returned it yet, but will be for a Samsung

This is usually not the case for our TVs nor the experience we want you to have. Usually, picture quality depends on the original source. If adjusting the wide array of color, contrast, motion settings, and brightness seemed challenging, there are preset Picture modes that allows you to quickly select an image quality setting that is preset to be suitable for the genre of the program and the type of content. There is also the Auto Picture Mode, when Auto Picture Mode is set to On, the Picture mode will automatically change according to the content that you're watching.     Amazing quality, value, and performance. I have a 65" C1 as my other TV, and this one is amazing in comparison, especially for gaming. Sports, movies, Dolby Vision, user interface for apps, all of it is phenomenal. Colors pop, 4k looks perfect for sports (World Cup games have been a joy), and the size is something to behold. Playing the LG demo on this TV compared to the C1, I really cannot tell much of a difference outside of slightly darker blacks and a little more saturation. It works perfect for my PS5 with auto detection and all features (VRR, ALLM, etc), and it works great as a PC monitor (with my 3090, 4k is perfect). Make sure to tune the settings and presets for your viewing content. The Bravia XR processor does make things blurry to emulate how eyes focus, but you can turn all of this off or customize the level it focuses and blurs. Not sure why the complaints for the sound, it is not perfect but it is definitely good enough if you don't want a sound bar.

    DO NOT BUY........I bought this TV in January, and the wifi has gone out already, have to unplug and restart the TV to get the smart features to work....... for a while before it fails again, this is the 2nd Sony TV to have this issue, i thought the 1st one was just a bad TV, but for this TV to have the same issue, 3 mos after purchase, tells me this is not a quality product, and I'll be making a geek squad claim at some point

    TV is totally dead after exactly 6 months!! Last week 3 out of 4 HDMI ports stopped working. Last night, TV wont even turn on. I now am going to have to figure out what the next step is. DO NOT BUY THIS TV!

    TV is absolute GARBAGE. Will not stay on Wifi and has to be restarted multiple times daily. Screen is good but there is a serious known problem that I only found about after the purchase. Less than 4 months old and can’t even return it. Sony should be ashamed and so should Best Buy

    Don’t buy, had nothing but problems, been on the phone with Tec service 3 times in 3 days. Also the over the air tv reception does not pick up channel 12, I missed the Olympic Games.

      Picture quality will depend on the source that you're playing. So for example, when a video in standard quality is being scaled up and played back, the quality will look poor, even on an HDTV. A video must have high definition quality to be played back at high quality on an HDTV. A video with SD quality cannot be converted to high definition quality or displayed in standard resolution without stretching. However, by adjusting the Sharpness and Picture Mode of the TV, the quality can be improved. You may also try to play a different source to isolate the issue like Youtube, Netflix or other streaming platform.
