Green screen problems.

Best Buy exchanged for another new Sony and that one started green screen before the delivery was gone an hour.

Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. Press the HOME button on the remote to display the TV menu screen. Does the issue still persists in the menu screen? If so, power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on.

Disappointing Product

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The screen surface is not properly flat, so the very obvious reflections on TV during the day are very wavy and make me feel a bit queasy. At night, when the lights of a nearby room are, the TV reflects a rainbow streak in an uneven, almost horizontal line across the TV surface which is very visible in dark-colored scenes. Based on the product description, I believed that this TV would be bright enough to enjoy during the daytime and from various angles in the room, but it fails to live up to the description. I have, of course, tried adjusting the settings manually when unhappy with the image, but even the brightest settings have been insufficient during the day and at night unless all nearby lights are turned off. In the future, I'll go back to Samsung because this Sony TV is not up to the quality standard that I was used to. It's a good concept with a nice remote and beautiful screensaver photos, but the functionality is lacking.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. While we're glad that you like the new standard remote and ambient mode (screensaver), were sorry to hear you are not having the best viewing experience with the TV. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated.
Your BRAVIA TV is designed to lean back slightly on the stand in anticipation of setting it on a low TV rack. Your line of sight when sitting is 15 degrees lower than when you're in a usual relaxed state. It's considered ergonomical to set your TV at a lower position and tilted back by a couple of degrees. This way, you'll be able to enjoy watching TV programs comfortably.
Note: Your TV may become unstable if the screws that secure the TV to its stand are loosely tightened. Make sure to firmly tighten all the screws to secure stability of your TV on its stand.
The panel is also bonded to the structure which causes a slight distortion. However, this will not affect the picture quality of the TV. If you really want the best viewing experience, it's a good idea to turn off all lighting sources as Sony TVs look the best in the darkest environment possible. Light from windows and lamps may cause glare on the TV screen. Using a brighter Picture Mode, like Vivid or Standard, will also help reduce reflection while watching TV or gaming.

Mediocre at best

What happened to Sony quality?

We have purchased three Sonys TV. This purchase was a upgrade from a 75" X900F that was working perfectly fine. We never had a problem and should have kept it. The mini LED was a great picture and initially we were pleased. Ten months later, stopping working while still under the manufacturer's warranty. This purchase was too expensive for this to happen.

I bought a TV that was a demo model but have not been able to watch it because of all the missing components. First there was no electrical cord. Went to the store 5 times and asked for everything that went with the TV. But still don’t have a remote.

Please make sure the Wi-Fi signal strength is strong. If it's weak (only half or less of the signal icon is dark), consider moving the router closer to the TV or the TV closer to the router.
