It took 3 days working with the Sony Customer before it had any sound. Once I got that fixed it is fine. I was disappointed in the delivery set up crew. They left me w/o sound.

We're sorry you've been running into difficulty. To avoid any issues, check that your TV is running the latest firmware and please make sure that the HDMI cables you are using are rated for high speed and are at least 18 Gbps/"Premium High Speed" (or better). Also, check if the HDMI cable is firmly connected to the TV and the connected device and make sure it is not loose. Cables can get damaged internally (e.g. when bending in sharp angles). You could test this with different cable.
We do have troubleshooting steps that may help resolve some issues, especially if your TV has no picture, no power, or the LED light blinks or flashes red. You may refer to the helpful link below.
